In today’s issue, I want to talk about transformation. This is the transformation you must show for your customer to buy what you’re selling.
Unfortunately—most people only talk about the problem and solution. Without the transformation, you’re missing the most important step.
The transformation is the difference between the life your customer currently lives, and the one they could live with your product/service.
Let me be clear—this only works when you know your customer’s problem and the relief they are looking for. Only then can you unlock the transformation they will experience.
Follow these steps 👇
Their problem causes them some kind of pain in their life.
For example, you might provide paid ads to your clients. You know this problem causes the following issues for them.
You want to emphasize this hard life they live. Late nights working, guessing at an ever-changing ads environment, never sure if they will see results.
This step not only highlighters their problem, but also empathizes with them.
Empathy creates trust.
Now we focus on their life after working with you.
Do NOT do the following.
The transformation phase is for detailing their life after working with you.
In our previous example, it might look like this.
This is the transformation people want to see. They want to see what their new life will look like.
