[ The site Sprint ]

Agencies want to sell you the kitchen sink.
Unnecessary pages, bloated proposals, never-ending retainers. All so they can keep you around longer. You don’t need all of that.
A 3 week sprint for founders who need their most important page to do more work. One focused sprint. One page that finally says the right thing.
What you get:
90-minute kickoff call to nail your message and site direction
Homepage copy written for you
Custom homepage design and build in Framer or Webflow
30-minute launch call with training handoff
Live site, ready to share
A 5 week sprint for founders ready to replace their whole online presence. Building you a system you own and can grow with you.
What you get:
90-minute kickoff call to nail your message and site direction
Copy for every page, written for you
Custom homepage design and build in Framer or Webflow
30-minute launch call with training handoff
Live site, ready to grow with you
No black box. Here’s exactly what happens.
[ Week 1 ]
Strategy & Messaging
We kick off with a 90-minute call. We align on expectations, timeline, dig into your business, and lock in every page and section before the call ends. Your homepage copy is the output of this strategy session.
[ Week 2 ]
Website Copy
Once the homepage copy is complete, I write the copy for the rest of the website making sure it aligns with your business goals.
[ Week 3 ]
Visual Direction
You receive design section mockups via Loom walkthrough. This is the visual direction for your site: colors, typography, design language. One round of feedback to lock in the site look and feel.
[ Weeks 4-5 ]
Build & Launch

The site goes into build. When it’s ready, you get a staging link with a full Loom walkthrough. One round of final feedback, then we launch. In the final call we walk through the live site, I hand off training videos, and you’re good to go.

Wins from previous clients I've worked with.
“Luke did an amazing job. We loved his approach: he got to know our culture and goals through a series of interviews, managed the project professionally with video walkthroughs, wireframes, and prototyping. We’ve had so many compliments since launching the site.”
Scott Pelton
“My website was hardly a reflection of what my business is now. Luke spent time to fully understand my business goals and who my perfect clients are. He used this information to form concise messaging so that the site would properly reflect my business and the quality of my work. The end product is a beautiful website, but more importantly, it finally tells the true story of my business.”
Charles Petit
“One of my favorite aspects of working with Luke was the incredibly conscientious and diligent commitment he made to first understanding our business, our customers, and what we were trying to accomplish with our website before he started thinking about or suggesting what he could do for us.”

FAQs
How is this different from hiring a regular web designer?
Most designers start with design. We start with what you say. Every sprint begins with a strategy session to nail your message before anything is designed or built.
What if I already have copy?
We’ll use it as a starting point. But part of what you’re paying for is a fresh perspective on how you talk about your business. Most founders are too close to it to see what’s unclear.
How many pages are included in the Site Sprint?
Up to 6 core pages. And because your site is built on a reusable component system, adding new pages after launch is something you can do yourself or with me on retainer.
What platform do you build on?
Webflow or Framer, depending on your needs. Both are fully editable without a developer after handoff.
What happens after I book a call?
We spend 20 to 30 minutes making sure The Site Sprint is the right fit. If it is, I’ll send a proposal, contract, and deposit link. Once signed, you’re on the schedule.
What do I actually have to do?
Fill out the onboarding form before we start, show up to the kickoff call, and respond to each delivery within 48 hours. That’s it. Everything else is handled.
What if I need ongoing help after launch?
That’s what the Site Partner retainer is for. $600/month to keep building on your component system. New pages and updates handled fast because I already know your site.
